Shipping policy
Please ensure you use an accessible email address and/or a suitable contact number with your order to allow communication from ourselves or our delivery companies if required. Please check your inbox (as well as Spam / Junk) for communications, order confirmations can sometimes appear there.
We endeavour to post out your goods the same day they are ordered; however, in busy periods this can take a little longer. Please note couriers do not collect on Saturday's, Sunday's or Bank Holiday's so your parcel will be shipped on the next working day. On occasion we may post out items from the same order separately; this is performed at our discretion and at no additional carriage charge to you.
Dispatch time
On placing your order we aim to process and dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. Please note this is not always possible if we are experiencing high volumes of orders. Our sincerest apologies for any delays but please do bear with us and we will continue to work hard on getting your order out to you. Thank you for your continued patience in these difficult times.
Please note our internet department works from Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. Any orders placed at the weekend will not be picked up until the Monday.
Items that are personalised can take up to 3-10 working days to be completed and ready for dispatch. Time frames may vary for made to order items depending on the volume of orders at the time of placing your order. You will receive an email advising of an estimated completion date. Please check your spam folder.
Out of stock items that have been placed on a back order are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of the item coming back into stock. Please keep an eye out in your spam folder for notifications/updates from us.

European orders:
Standard Shipping – £3.95 | Free on orders over £30* | 3–8 working days
Premium Shipping -– £5.95 | 3–5 working days
We partner with two companies ( DPD and Royal Mail ) for delivery. Please note this can take longer during busy periods up to a maximum of 14 days. The majority of European orders are dispatched using Standard shipping.
International Orders:
Standard Shipping – £5.95 | Free on orders over £40* | 5–10 working days
Premium Shipping -– £8.5 | 3–8 working days
Some European orders and Worldwide orders are sent using alternative couriers that will be detailed to you on dispatch. Delivery times vary. Please note all delivery times are approximate and delivery may be made sooner or later than quoted.
Delays
In the event that there is a delay with your order we will contact you to notify you, so please ensure the contact information that you have provided is up-to-date. If the revised date is unsuitable simply let us know and we will cancel and refund your order. Please check your spam folder for notifications from us.
International Orders: VAT, Taxes, Fees and Levies
Orders being delivered outside of Europe (including Channel Islands) will automatically have the VAT deducted at checkout once the delivery address is entered.
Some express services may not be available to more remote regions, if this is the case, parcels will be sent on the next most efficient service.
Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply depending on local legislation. Any customs or import duties charge when the goods have reached the destination are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient.
Unfortunately we are unable to advise of the cost of any of these charges as they vary from country to country. Some countries have restrictions on certain products and materials. It is your responsibility to determine whether there are any restrict
If there are any problems with your package, please contact us 7-15 days after shipment. Beyond this period, we may not be able to conduct an investigation.
